Torzi Matthews ‘Schist Rock’ Shiraz 2023 Size::12 Bottle Case there's exceptional complexity and pleasureThe Schist Rock Shiraz comes from Dom Torzis Mt McKenzie vineyard in the Eden Valley. Its a focussed and pure display of Eden Valley fruit with characters of dark and red berry fruits, spice and some whole bunchy and floral high notes. A waft of classy softly spoken oak flits in the background and there is ample tight ripe tannin and bright acidity driving the wine along.
